David represents a wide variety of technology companies from consumer internet, software, telecommunications, and entertainment technology industries, as well as a number of leading venture capital firms. David received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he graduated Order of the Coif and was a member of the editorial board of the Virginia Law Review.
