Jeff previously served as General Counsel and Chief Financial Officer at Kinzan, Inc., a San Diego-based Web services software company, where he managed the financial and legal affairs of the company. Prior to his relocation to San Diego in 2000, Jeff was a partner in our Menlo Park office, and prior to that, with Brobeck, Phleger, & Harrison, focusing on general corporate representation of public and private companies, as well as public offerings of equity and convertible debt, mergers and acquisitions, asset acquisitions and dispositions, strategic corporate partnering transactions, and venture capital transactions. Jeff holds a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of Law and a B.A. in Economics from Claremont McKenna College. Jeff is admitted to practice in California.
